- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪VERY RUDE STAFF. Unwilling to help you whatsoever as if all patients are a waste of time. I called in to help my mom book an appointment, had to pass on the phone to her mid way through just because I was unsure of her availability. My mom asks for the available dates and the lady at the clinic replies with "Huh?? What, I just told the availability dates to the other girl." - ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Worst clinic (or Doctor) ever. The Brian Ng (Dr) would not respect what you tell him about your injury. Sounds like a fresh graduate. He makes assumption of the injury symptoms.
