  I was a new dog mom and made the mistake of phoning this clinic and going here because they would see my new rescue dog for ticks, on a Sunday. I"m horrified by my decision and it still haunts me to this day. The vet came out in a dirty smock with blood and urine on it. Instead of simply removing the ticks, he sedated her, removed them, gave her a titre test, gave her a lyme immunization and some annual titre and some other charges and all this after she had already been through so much (I only had her for 3 days). $450 later and a long itemized bill and I felt like I put my dog through way more than she needed to go through for extracting three ticks. The Lyme Immunization is only good for preventing Lyme, so if she had ticks in her ears with lyme, she'd have it already. To top it off, I left with no after care instructions, and had to take her elsewhere to get her stitches removed days later. Read Yelp for more information on this vet. I wouldn't recommend. I don't believe he has the best interest of the animal at heart. I think it's about money, at any consequence.
