- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Dr. Albert Li is a professional that successfully took care of my families foot problems in the past. His long time receptionist, however, still has to learn basics of customer care and communication. I referred two patients to this office in the past. Recently I tried to book an appointment for my wife. My intention was to get custom orthotics (shoe inserts) produced. First thing on receptionist mind was how new patient has to pay $100 initiation fee. When I tried to explain my rationale that I can take this business to any other office including my chiropractor office I didn't get a chance even to express myself but got immediately dismissed. $100 is not an issue if it means getting problem solved but this is not how you communicate with an existing patient that has been promoting your practice. In short, I am disappointed but I am still giving 5 stars for Dr. Li and wish him all the best.by Michael HajdukovichNovember 17, 2017
