- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪worst customer service ever. about 4 yrs ago,i walk there n ask to transfer from bank 2 bank in canada.they refuse me n said they only transfer from hsbc to hsbc in canada!i dont understand why not transfer in the counter in the branch.n the manager said the only way to transfer is the online banking!i finally agree n i apply for it.when they give me a security device,i ask them to transfer for me n they refuse again n they said guest cant online banking in the branch.one day,i go to bank to deposit n the bank teller convince me to deposit in atm by myself next time.at the end,she said"only senior dont know how to deposit in the atm.you r young you should use atm yourself!
