    This insurance company is absolutely unprofessional and poor customer service. Please do not write or even mention you provide exceptional service. I leased a company van from Mainland Ford in Surrey and assumed the insurance agent could properly assist me with that. 5 mins after i left amd got a call from Ford saying that I have to resign the insurance paper because they wrote it wrong. So I went back and pickup my van after 4 days and resigned the paperworks. Mentioned that Icbc will refund my money and few days later got my chq back and $76 deducted. Called the agent back but hes off. He did not even check and Just said thats the premium for 4 days. So I requested the manager number and before i called him i phoned icbc to find out the breakdown. After that called the Manager Paul and he said he will call me back next day after investigation. So i told him thats the breakdown: cancellation fee, new plate and registration fee (which thats The agents mistake not mine). So wait til next day until 4:35pm still no call. So I called and receptionist said its managers day off!!! Is this how manager treating customers?!?! Promised someone a call but having a dayoff. Called the manager the next day and he didnt even apologize. Said he filed a memo to Icbc and they will investigate. After that I Called Mainland Ford and Steven was very professional and he tried to solve my problems right away by issuing the $76 chq to me (but I believe its the insurance agents fault). So i called Icbc and see if they got any memo from HUB, she said no. Called Paul again and see whats going on and receptionist said he quits. She asked me to write my concern to Arun, the new Regional Manager. So I did and he emailed me and said he will investigate. After few days he wrote me an email and explained the breakdown (which is exactly what i told them). And said I will receieved the chq. But he didnt mention his company or icbc will issue the chq back to me. So i called him and talk to him on the phone and said when will i receive the chq. He said its both Mainland Ford and the agents fault so Mainland Ford will do that. I said That HUB should be responsible and issue the chq back to me so i can return the chq back to Mainland. He said Paul already contacted Ford but he didnt because Ford staffs didnt know it happened. It seems like HUB staffs dont take responsibility at all. He said Its not the first time happen to customers and we are all human so we make mistakes... hello.. yes i understand people make mistakes, but please apologize on behalf of your staff (regional manager???). Not the first time making mistakes mean your company didnt take it seriously at the first time and allowing the mistakes happen again and again?!?! What a stupid excuse to tell customers.. all he said to me was “you do not listen”.. whatever he said to me i had already knew thats why i called him to see if they tell the truth. Be honest and accept your mistake and Apologize!! I will never use this insurance company again. Watch out!
