- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪i came in for a cleaning the other day and was amazed by the experience. While sitting in the chair, I was offered a warm neck pillow and a paraffin hand treatment. It was so relaxing after a rough morning that I almost forgot that I was at a dental office. My hygienist, Raquel, was extremely patient and gentle. She did an excellent job at keeping my cleaning pain free and educated me on the importance of good oral hygiene. It was useful that they had huge monitors in the room to point out the problem areas. - ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I have been to a few dentists and no one has ever made me feel as golden. You walk-in and they all look up to say hello. I have never had to wait more than 2 minutes to be seated, and even so I don't mind because they have an awesome massage chair I get to use. When you are seated, the attention to detail is amazing. Paraffin hand treatments, warm neck pillows, big screen that you can actually watch TV on and super comfortable chairs. Raquel is my hygienist. Dr Jamal is my dentist. They are both beyond words, absolutely fantastic. I saw Dr Jamal and Samar today, had a filling done. I have never, and I mean never, had such a pleasant experience at the dentist before. They kept me engaged and took me through the process step by step. It was a breath of fresh air knowing what is happening and not just lying there with my mouth open and having someone just work away. Everyone at the office is so fantastic. The personal touch they add to everything is just phenomenal. What ever the Michelin star of dentistry is, they deserve it!by stephen lafontaineApril 16, 2017

From such a warm greeting at the front desk, Raquel's absolutely excellent dental cleaning and Dr. Jamal's warm and informative assessment of my dental health, the entire visit was a 10 out of 10. Yesterday was my first visit and I look forward to the fantastic staff at Ironwood Dental Centre taking care of my dental health for many years to come.
