  Dr. Jiang should not be a doctor. He obviously does not enjoy medicine or care about people. I went there for a shoulder injury from a car accident. he examined me briefly. I asked for a referral to a physiotherapist and he gave me a reference to a chiropractor who he's associated with. He said chiropractors and physiotherapists are the same! This took about 2 minutes. I then asked him about another problem, and he refused to discuss or address it and said I need another appointment to talk about it. Clearly he is greedy and wanted another fee. I can't believe my tax dollars pay for this crap.

  Actually, this is a good clinic to me. I don't understand why so many people complain that much. We usually went to another clinic much closer to our house, however, its LONG LONG LONG waiting time made me so depressed every time. So we swapped to this one. 20 mins waiting time is quite common in Canada. According to our experience, Dr. Jiang is not horrible doctor at all...
