  I don't usually write reviews, but these guys were great. If you wanted to be treated like garbage, it's great! I told them I wanted to transfer ownership after buying a relatively beat up car, and I wanted to get all the transfer forms ready before I proceed. I asked if I can get everything done when I return with the papers, his first reply was "Do the other party have insurance", I said "Probably" and his reply was "Just get it all done over there when you pick up the car"... Excuse me? So because you know you ain't making commission you're too lazy to help someone process even though you're a paid employee of a license firm? I felt unwanted, mistreated, and when I said "thanks", he just waved his hand as he's telling us to leave towards the door and says "okay, go now"... I went here because it was convenient for me as I live close and I buy my groceries here too. Now I know why there's never anyone in here. Good job Sussex, I'm sure you're a great brokerage, but should definitely look into your employees. Should also consider secret shoppers to see how they treat people!
