- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Poor poor customer service when trying to line up auto insurance for the first time. I dealt with two separate ladies when managing my new account and neither of them could figure out my ICBC issues. The autoplan brokers did not know and therefore could not follow through on ICBCs rules and regulations.
