- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Went here with my family for the first time, my wife and my daughter needed check up and cleaning so at first everything is going really well very friendly staff and organize. NOW THE LIE AND CHEATING START. WHEN WE ARE ABOUT TO PAY THE DEDUCTIBLE FROM OUR WORK BENEFITS THIS INDIAN LADY SAID WE HAVE TO PAY $50 EACH OR $100 FOR THE WHOLE FAMILY. I ASK WHY AND SHE SAID SHE GOT A RESPONSE FROM THE INSURANCE AND THIS IS WHAT WE ARE SUPPOSE TO PAY, YEAH FREAKING RIGHT!!! FIRST OF ALL WE ARE ONLY SUPPOSE TO PAY $25 EACH OR IF WE ALL GET OUR CHECK UP DONE AT THE SAME TIME AS FAMILY WE ONLY GET TO PAY $50.00 AND WHEN SHE SAID OH LET ME CHECK AGAIN. AFTER A MINUTE OF CHECKINH SHE SAID "OH YOURE RIGHT" 2ND LIE SHE SAID THAT WE HAVE TO ALSO PAY FOR THE FIRST CHECK UP SINCE OUR INSURANCE DOESN'T COVER IT AND WANTED US TO PAY $150.00 AND THE REASON IS THAT THE DENTIST DID SOMETHING THAT'S NOT COVERED BY OUR INSURANCE SO I ASK HER IF SHE COULD PRINT IT OUT AND SHOW ME ON THEIR COMPUTER WHAT IS IT THAT MY INSURANCE WONT COVER IT. THEN SHE ENDED UP SAYING 'YOU KNOW WHAT ILL JUST CHARGE YOU ON OTHER THINGS THAT COVERS YOUR BENEFITS. 3RD LIE SHE ALSO SAID THAT EVERY 2 YEARS ON OUR BENEFITS THAT WHENEVER WE DID OUR FIRST ASSESSMENTS IS THAT WE HAVE TO PAY $80.00 SINCE WE HAVE USED UP THIS FIRST ASSESSMENT FEE TO ANOTHER DENTIST SINCE WE MOVED TO THEIR LOCATION. WOW I TOLD HER FIRST OF ALL OUR BENEFITS RESET EVERY YEAR AND ONLY NEEDED TO PAY THE FIRST EVERY YEAR DEDUCTIBLE OF $25.00 SO WHAT OUT FOR THIS SCAMMERS IF I DONT KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT OUR INSURANCE I WOULDVE PAY WHAT THEY ASK. IVE WORK IN RIVER ROCK CASINO FOR 12 YEARS AND ILL BE LETTING EVERYONE KNOWS ABOUT WHAT THEY DID TO ME AND MAKE SURE NO ONE GOES THERE ANYMORE.by Mark SantosNovember 21, 2017
- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪For those who usually hate going to the dentist, this is the place you should visit! Staff was welcoming and friendly. Dental crew was professional and awesome.
